Whilst we know that body composition is ultimately determined by calories and macronutrient quantities,

the big factor that most of us miss in our modern diets is FOOD QUALITY.

'Paleo' forces you to strip back our modern diet and eliminate alcohol, processed foods and refined sugars so that we can eat nutrient dense foods that our bodies are able to digest. By following this Palaeolithic diet, we guarantee that you'll feel the difference at the end of the 28 days
